Psychologist Session

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. We work together to learn what isn't working for you and to develop better coping skills and more effective patterns. Here is more about how I work.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy is an incredibly effective therapeutic tool. Research shows it is as effective as individual therapy and often has the added benefit of being in community with others. In group therapy, not only do you get support from others, but you get to learn how you interact with others: both things you are good at, and things you struggle with.

CONSULTATION

As a former long-time training director and group coordinator, I have trained and supervised many master's and PhD students. I help people find their voice as a therapist, unpack tricky clinical issues, and get clear on who they are in the room. I currently consult with psychotherapists wanting to grow in their own development or learn about group therapy.
