Psychologist Session


Individual sessions are 50 minutes. We work together to learn what isn't working for you and to develop better coping skills and more effective patterns. Here is more about how I work.


Group therapy is an incredibly effective therapeutic tool. Research shows it is as effective as individual therapy and often has the added benefit of being in community with others. In group therapy, not only do you get support from others, but you get to learn how you interact with others: both things you are good at, and things you struggle with.

I lead brief (45 - 60 minute) workshops on mindfulness meditation. We cover the reasons mindfulness is important, the science behind why it works, and we practice meditation together and process that experience. I have presented to college students, faculty, and community members.
